BIO Rx membership access is free. Lab testing, medications, treatment, and other services may have separate costs. Follow-up lab work and provider visits are billed separately. Therapy medications (TRT, peptides, etc.) are billed separately based on your treatment plan.

Because we are direct pay, we cannot provide CPT or ICD-10 codes.
